Job Description:

*Experienced chef with formal qualifications and a minimum of 5 years experience at this level.
* Will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen brigade, maintaining levels of service, staff training, profit forecasting, menu planning, health and hygiene, stock control, ordering, control of wasteage.
* This is an operational role in many hotels with hands on work in the kitchen supervising service when necessary.
* Also involves management meetings , duty management shifts etc
